How it started…

The journey to create RISE Partners began over 30 years ago when the agency principal, Mike Arnold, worked with his father at The Arnold Group. There, he got his start in the insurance industry. In 2000, Mike joined and eventually led one of Kentucky’s oldest independent insurance agencies: Van Zandt, Emrich & Cary. It merged with AssuredPartners in 2016, where Mike was an equity partner.

It’s Mike’s passion for serving others that led him to build an agency where he could assemble a team of knowledgeable, experienced individuals that share his commitment to stewardship. The agency has aligned with financially strong insurance carriers who have a common goal of building long-term relationships based on value-added service and trust.

Today

RISE Partners is comprised of team members who are passionate about providing our clients superior service and ensuring all clients accurate and ample coverage. Our hard work and dedication to our customers have allowed us to grow our client base to include personal and commercial customers across the nation.
